Mussels
Tender mussels from the northern icy waters of Canada, steamed to perfection and tossed in a piquantly spicy blend of red Thai curry paste, creamy coconut milk, lemon grass, sauteed garlic, sake wine and fresh basil chiffonade.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Bulle’s Wings
8 large roaster sized wings fried to a golden crisp, then tossed with your choice of seasoning: hot or mild sauce, Honey barbecue, jerk or Old Bay.  Seved with Bleu cheese dip and celery sticks. $8.99

Shrimp Remick
Succulent gulf shrimp baked in a mildly spicy New Orleans style sauce and finished with crunchy bacon pieces and bias cut scallions $6.99

Lobster Bisque
Cold water lobster never tasted better swimming in a velvety soup made with lobster stock, light cream hints of sherry and thyme, and just the right amount of seasoning.  Served with imported Red Oval Farms "Stoned Wheat Thin" crackers.  $5.99

French Onion
Caramelized Spanish onions added to beef consume and topped with homemade croutons and provolone cheese.  $4.99

House
An organic mix of mesculine greens, grape tomatoes, mushrooms, carrot juliennes, red onion and cucumber slices. $5.95

Caesar Salad

Crisp romaine lettuce leaves and hand cut coutons dressed in the classic style tossed with a creamy garlic anchovy aioli.  $5.99

Spinach Salad

Baby spinach leaves tossed with julienned shallots, mushrooms and crispy bacon pieces topped with shredded parmesan cheese. $6.99                                                                   

Strawberry Salad

Bulle Rock’s Burger
 All of our beef is 100% Certified Angus Beef.  We offer our burgers in three sizes to suit every appetite.  Our burgers are served with crisp lettuce, a slice of tomato and red onion.  All burgers are accompanied with our kettle cooked potato chips and served on a grilled flour top roll.  Add fries for $.50 extra.

Classic Club

Crab Cake
Our version of a Maryland style crab cake.  Hand made with a traditional recipe and either broiled or fried to a golden brown.  Served on a pretzel roll with Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, a slice of red onion and tartar romelade $9.99                                                                                                                                

Southern Style Brisket
Slow roasted and smoked southern style brisket marinated in BBQ sauce served on a grilled potato roll and topped with flash fried onion straws.  $8.99

       Madras Chicken Salad

Tender lobster meat, creamy cheddar cheese sauce and penne pasta baked to perfection.  Topped with toasted parmesan bread crumbs. $13.99

Mahi-Mahi
One 8 oz Mahi-mahi filet grilled over an open flame and served with a chilled Asian inspired mango salsa.  $14.99

Bleu Sirloin
8 ounces of juicy tender Certified Black Angus beef char-grilled to your desired doneness, topped with a bleu cheese crust and finished with a Port wine demi-glace.  $16.99

Tilapia Piccatta
Tilapia fillet sauteed francaise style and finished with a asauce made from whole butter, shaved shallots, capers, fresh lemon juice and a splash of Pinot Grigio.  Garnished with bias cut scallions.  $13.99

New York Strip
12 ounces of juicy tender Certified Black Angus beef cooked to your desired doneness and topped with bearnaise sauce  $19.99
