In spring our forests are alive with fresh greenery; in summer, our grounds are ablaze with 35,000 flowers planted by our staff; in fall our hardwood forests turn into a spectacle of golf and crimson; and in winter our rustic log lodges are ablaze with thousands of tiny lights.

We'll Take Care of All Your Guests with Menu Choices Just For Your Special Day

You can hold your reception in our Conference Center, a gorgeous room with cathedral ceilings and views of our lush fairways and greens, can handle from 120 to 130 guests. For smaller weddings, we have four rooms located off the center that can hold from 60 to 80 guests. Or we can set up a tent outdoors for as many as 200.

You’ll want to start your reception with a selection of fabulous hors d’oeuvres served by our staff: smoked chicken quesadillas, Santa Fe chicken spring rolls, jumbo shrimp or petite lamb chops. We can serve sitdown dinners with incredible entrees: filet mignon with crab-stuffed shrimp, Atlantic salmon with honey-mustard glaze, blackened swordfish or grilled beef tenderloin. We can provide classic buffets with carving stations or themed buffets that draw on the tastes of the Caribbean, Italy and Asia. If you wish, we can even do a barbecue or a lobster boil or a Northern Michigan spread of wild game dishes and fish. The options in cuisine are endless.
