I wanted to make sure that I let you know what an incredible job that Alex and the rest of your staff at Cypress Run did at my husband's recent surprise birthday party.

First of all, he was truly surprised, since everyone successfully kept the secret, which made for an emotional entrance.

The reception room was set up perfectly... just as I had specified. The pictures on the cake table, the draping around the cake were all done with care.  The antipasto was just as I remembered it growing up in Queens, NY.

The place settings at dinner were nicely done, especially the gold charger plates. There were many, many positive comments about the food - pleasing to all diets and palates from traditional to contemporary tastes. Everything was served on time and was brought to the tables hot and fresh. 

I heard many compliments about your delicious Sangria as well! I certainly enjoyed it and thought it was a nice accompaniment to the meal.

Serving everything up family style was a hit as well...It made our guests feel more comfortable and welcome.

Throughout the entire evening, Alex communicated with me and took care of all the details so that I could relax and enjoy the company of family and friends celebrating with us.  When he saw what a good time everyone was having, he was thoughtful enough to ask if I would rather have the cake brought to our table instead of serving the cake in the other room as originally planned.

A wonderful time was had by all, kudos to Alex and the entire staff that evening for a job well done. We will continue to recommend this club as a venue for any gathering or celebrations in the future.
