If the current trend continues, we will soon have to put a  limit on the number of active members we can allow at any one time.
If for some reason—a job transfer, perhaps—you have to leave the community, or after your children are grown you decide to give up golf and take up hang-gliding, resident members have the right to sell their memberships.

MEMBERSHIP – Forest Oaks Country Club is a private club. Its facilities are for the sole use of its member families and their invited and accompanied guests. The club’s facilities and programs are particularly oriented around the whole family. This “family type” club membership requires careful screening of all membership applicants. The club’s membership committee retains the right to accept or reject any and all applicants.
Membership in Forest Oaks Country Club is neither a requirement nor special privilege of residence in surrounding estates.
