Membership Classifications

RESIDENT – A resident membership includes all privileges of the club for all members of the individual family holding the membership – husband, wife and all children under 26 years of age.

SOCIAL – A social membership includes all the rights and privileges outlined under a resident membership with the exception of golf privileges.  Golf privileges are NOT extended to social members.

CLUBHOUSE – A clubhouse member has clubhouse privileges only.  Golf, tennis and swimming privileges are not extended to clubhouse members.  Clubhouse memberships do not have the right to sell their memberships.

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIPS – Corporate membership is designed for a business.  Three designated executives have the option of having Resident or Social memberships.  Details on the membership can be obtained from the Club.  Corporate memberships do not have a right to sell their memberships.

RESIDENT MEMBERSHIPS CAN BE SOLD – Under the terms and conditions set by Forest Oaks Country Club, Inc.

RESIDENT MEMBERSHIP

Resident members and their spouses residing in the same household shall be entitled to all of the privileges of the clubhouse, grounds and golf course.  Unmarried sons and daughters of resident members, under the age of 26, residing with and dependent on their parents, shall also be entitled to full club privileges.

The initiation fee is currently $9,000.00 and the dues are $300.00 per month.  There is a $30.00 food minimum. This is a full membership with all privileges.

Reflecting on your first statement will be the following charges:

• $60.00 club storage
• $72.00 locker rental
• $18.00 U.S.G.A. handicap fees.

This is required annually for the term of your membership.  You will also automatically join the range club that is required for the entire duration of your membership at the current rate of $180.00 per year billed pro-rated your first year and billed annually in December.

This may be upgraded to a couple ( $240.00 ) or family ( $300.00 ) per year if you choose. 

NON RESIDENT MEMBERSHIP

Non-resident members (members whose principal residence and principal place of business are located outside a 50-mile radius of the club) shall have full privileges granted to resident members.  Non-resident members do not have the right to sell their memberships.

The initiation fee is currently $3,000.00 and the dues are $150.00 per month.  The food minimum is $15.00 per month.

ASSOCIATE JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP

Associate Junior members (members who are age 30 through 39) shall have full privileges granted to resident members. 

The initiation fee for this category has not yet been established as it is only available through our Invitation Membership Program, which is a sponsorship only program.  The dues are $225.00 per month.  The food minimum is $30.00 per month.  Associate Junior members do not have the right to sell their memberships.

JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP

Junior members (members under the age of 30) shall pay ½ of the initiation fee of $4,500.00 upon joining the Club and have identical privileges as resident members.  Upon reaching the age of 30, junior memberships are upgraded to Resident memberships upon payment of the balance of the initiation fee that was charged at the time of joining.  Junior members do not have a right to sell their memberships.

SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP

Social members have all the rights and privileges outlined under a resident membership with the exception of golf privileges.  Golf privileges are not extended to social members.

The initiation fee is currently $1,500.00 and the dues are $100.00 per month with a $30.00 food minimum.  This is a non-equity membership that has all privileges except golf.

CLUB HOUSE MEMBERSHIP

The initiation fee is currently $500.00 and the dues are $60.00 per month with a $30.00 food minimum.  This membership is restricted to dining and social events only.

Clubhouse members have clubhouse privileges only.  Golf, tennis and swimming privileges are not extended to clubhouse members.  Clubhouse memberships do not have the right to sell their memberships.

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP

Corporate membership is designed for a business.  The initiation fee is $18,000.  Three designated executives have the option of having a resident or social membership.  To activate a membership a $3,000 transfer fee must be paid for a resident membership and $500 transfer fee for a social membership.  Dues and charges have the identical structure of the resident and social categories.  Corporate memberships cannot be sold but are transferable through the business.
